What she does
Families often meet Jacquie when a home has to move into a new chapter: downsizing, an inherited household, a relocation, or a property that needs to be cleared before the next step. Her work begins by understanding the timeline, the contents, and what the family needs the transition to accomplish.
Not every belonging belongs in the same sales channel. Some items fit an on-site estate sale; selected pieces or collections may be better suited to auction or specialist review; other contents may be donated, distributed to family, or cleared. Jacquie builds and executes the practical contents plan with the Poshlando team.
As a licensed auctioneer, she can also lead auction work when that is the appropriate route. Auction and estate-sale planning is separate from formal appraisal, authentication, legal, and tax work; when one of those services is needed, the appropriate qualified professional should handle it.
Her standard is stewardship: organize the transition carefully, present personal property well, communicate clearly with the family, and avoid forcing every object or every property into the same solution.
