Do I need to clean out the house first?
No. Sorting ahead of time is the most common way value leaves a home. Let us see it as it is.
How long does this take?
Most estate sales run two to three days, with one to three weeks of preparation depending on the size of the home.
What if the home is also being sold?
Tell us early. The contents and the property should be planned together, not treated as unrelated projects.
