Company background
Poshlando runs estate sales, online auctions, and item sales across Orlando and Central Florida. We work in homes where a family is settling an estate, downsizing, moving a parent, or clearing a property that has been lived in for decades.
We look at the whole property: what sells at an estate sale, what belongs in an auction, what is better listed individually, what gets donated, and what has to be cleared. Then we tell you which of those makes sense and handle the parts you want us to handle.
When a family is also deciding what to do with the house, we can coordinate that timing too — whether that means working alongside the Realtor you already have, or bringing licensed real estate help into the conversation.

Terry runs the estate sales and auctions and handles the real estate side when a family wants the home and the contents on the same timeline. He is usually the person who walks the property with you.

Operations
Jacquie runs the day-to-day work — staging the sale, cataloging and photographing items, staffing sale days, coordinating buyers and pickups, and keeping families updated while it is all happening.
How we work
- Do not clean anything out before we look. Things that get thrown away first are often the things that sell.
- One conversation covers the contents and the home. You should not have to figure out which service you need before calling.
- We tell you when an auction is not worth it, when a sale is too small, and when the answer is simply a cleanout.
- We work at the family’s pace. Probate, out-of-state relatives, and closing dates all change the plan, and that is normal.
