Poshlando runs estate sales, online auctions, and item sales across Orlando and Central Florida. We work in homes where a family is settling an estate, downsizing, moving a parent, or clearing a property that has been lived in for decades.

We look at the whole property: what sells at an estate sale, what belongs in an auction, what is better listed individually, what gets donated, and what has to be cleared. Then we tell you which of those makes sense and handle the parts you want us to handle.

For many families, the belongings and the property are part of the same move. Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions handles the contents; Poshlando Realty, the separate licensed real estate brokerage, handles the real estate. You can use either side on its own or coordinate both.
