We run estate sales and auctions in Central Florida, and Poshlando Realty sells the home. Many of the homes we work in are being sold too.
Company background
Poshlando runs estate sales, online auctions, and item sales across Orlando and Central Florida. We work in homes where a family is settling an estate, downsizing, moving a parent, or clearing a property that has been lived in for decades.
We look at the whole property: what sells at an estate sale, what belongs in an auction, what is better listed individually, what gets donated, and what has to be cleared. Then we tell you which of those makes sense and handle the parts you want us to handle.
The standard Poshlando engagement covers both the contents and the property. Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions handles the contents; Poshlando Realty, the separate licensed real estate brokerage, handles the real estate. If your family already has an agent, you can still use Poshlando for the contents.

Jacquie owns Poshlando and leads its estate-sale and auction operations. She oversees staging, cataloging, photography, sale-day staffing, buyer coordination, pickups, and family communication throughout each project.

- Do not clean anything out before we look. Things that get thrown away first are often the things that sell.
- We can plan the contents and the home together. Estate-sale work and brokerage work remain separate services with separate agreements.
- We tell you when an auction is not worth it, when a sale is too small, and when the answer is simply a cleanout.
- We work at the family’s pace. Probate, out-of-state relatives, and closing dates all change the plan, and that is normal.
