Poshlando provides an online platform for browsing and participating in estate sales, auctions, featured items for sale, and real estate opportunities. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers of antiques, collectibles, estate property, and real estate.

Accounts

You may browse much of the site without an account
Creating an account requires a valid email and password
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact

Auctions & Bidding

Certain auctions listed on Poshlando are hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., HiBid). Bidding on those auctions is subject to the third-party platform's terms and conditions. Poshlando acts as a catalog and discovery layer and is not responsible for the conduct or outcome of third-party auctions.

Items for Sale

Featured items for sale on Poshlando are sold directly by Poshlando or on consignment. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the listing. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping fees apply at checkout.

Estate Sale Leads

Submitting a lead through our estate sale consultation form does not create a binding agreement. All consultations are subject to our availability and acceptance. We will contact you to discuss your needs before any engagement begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on poshlando.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Poshlando or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without permission
Interfere with other users' use of the Services
Submit false or misleading information

Limitation of Liability

Poshlando provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
