A weekend estate sale is the right answer for most of a house. It is the wrong answer for the four or five things in it that a serious buyer would drive across the state for.
Curated is how we handle the exceptions. Instead of pricing a signed piece on a Friday morning and hoping the right person walks through the door on Saturday, we give it time, research, better photography, and a targeted audience.
Depending on the object, that means a select auction, direct outreach to a known buyer, or holding it for a later release. The rest of the home still moves on the normal timeline. Nothing waits on the exceptions.
Today, pieces reach Curated through the estates, auctions, and direct buyer relationships Poshlando already handles. Outside consignment is considered case by case and is not generally open — if you have something you think belongs here, send photos and we will tell you honestly.
How it fits with everything else
Poshlando handles the whole transition: the estate sale, the auctions, the everyday inventory, the clearing, and the coordination around the property itself. Curated is not a separate company. It is the slower lane for the small number of objects that earn it.
