Estate sale services
Professionally managed estate sales for full homes and major transitions.
We handle the entire sale — research, pricing, staging, photography, advertising, staffing, payment processing, and what happens to whatever is left.
If the home is also being sold, tell us before the estate sale begins. The contents and property should not be treated as unrelated projects.
What this means for you
You do not need to organize or price anything first.
What a Poshlando estate sale includes
- 1
Review and organize the contents
Room by room, including closets, attics, garages, and the places families usually skip.
- 2
Research and pricing
Comparable sales, auction records, and current buyer demand — not guesswork.
- 3
Staging and photography
The home is presented so buyers can actually see and shop the contents.
- 4
Promotion
Estate-sale platforms, email, social, and the Poshlando buyer audience.
- 5
Staffing and operating the sale
Our team runs the sale, manages the crowd, and protects the property.
- 6
Payment, reporting, and what remains
Card and cash processing, itemized reporting, and coordination of donation, auction, or removal for unsold items.
Common questions
Do we need to remove personal papers first?
Yes — documents, photographs, and anything sentimental should be set aside. We will point out what we find.
What happens to what does not sell?
It moves to auction, a curated online offering, donation, or removal. You are not left with a half-empty house.
Do you charge upfront?
Standard estate sales are commission-based. Anything unusual is written into the agreement before we start.
