Poshlando runs online auctions for collections and estate pieces that do better with more time, more buyers, and competitive bidding. Most lots come straight out of the estates we are working — the pieces that deserve more than a weekend price tag.
When an auction is the better choice
Most household contents do better in an on-site estate sale. We suggest an auction when a piece or a collection is worth researching, photographing, and putting in front of buyers who specifically look for that category.

Before you bid
Our auctions run on HiBid. Here are the basics.
- Register and bid
- Create a free HiBid account, get approved for the auction, and place absentee or live bids in the closing window. Winning bids are billed automatically.
- Buyer's premium
- A buyer's premium is added to the hammer price at checkout. The exact percentage is listed on each auction's terms — typically 15–18%.
- Pickup and shipping
- Local pickup in Orlando is free. In-house shipping is available for small and mid-size items. Large or fragile items may need a third-party shipper or a freight quote.
- Payment
- The card on file is charged after the auction closes. Sales tax applies where required. Auction sales are final unless an item was materially misrepresented.
