Most household contents do better in an on-site estate sale. We suggest an auction when a piece or a collection is worth researching, photographing, and putting in front of buyers who specifically look for that category.

Is an auction the right choice?
Not every estate needs an auction. We recommend it when the likely buyer reach and competitive bidding justify the research, photography, cataloging, and sales process. For most household contents, an on-site estate sale reaches buyers faster and at lower cost.
How Bidding Works
Our auctions run on HiBid. Here are the basics before you register.
Register & Bid
Create a free HiBid account, get approved for the auction, and place absentee or live bids in the closing window. Winning bids are billed automatically.
Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium is added to the hammer price at checkout. The exact percentage is listed on each auction's terms — typically 15–18%.
Pickup & Shipping
Local pickup in Orlando is free. In-house shipping is available for small and mid-size items. Large or fragile items may require a third-party shipper or freight quote.
Payment
Credit card on file is charged after the auction closes. Sales tax applies where required. Auction sales are final unless materially misrepresented.
