His role
Poshlando is Jacquie’s business. Terry’s role is separate and complementary: he is a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (License SL3629564) with Poshlando Realty, who works on the real-property side of estate-transition projects.
Estate-sale and auction work follows its own process, while the sale or purchase of real property is a separate licensed service. Coordinating the timelines can make a transition easier to manage without blurring those responsibilities.
Terry also works with buyers and property owners in Central Florida. Estate-sale, auction, and contents work is a separate service provided by Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions, which is not a real estate brokerage.
Background
Terry spent nearly a decade with IMG Academy, and before that worked with CincyTech, General Electric, Caterpillar, and Charter Schools USA. Exact titles and dates are intentionally left out here until they are reconciled against Terry’s own records.
He earned an undergraduate degree in Business with a minor in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, followed by a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
