Poshlando runs estate sales across Central Florida — full homes, unfamiliar objects, families in the middle of a big change. We have sales underway and we are growing the team that prepares and runs them.
You do not need estate-sale experience. You need a great eye, curiosity, energy, and an easy way with people.
What you'll do
- Walk a full home and turn it into rooms people love to shop
- Stage and merchandise — flow, grouping, lighting, signage
- Research unfamiliar items and help price them
- Work sale days: greeting shoppers, answering questions, checkout
- Close the sale out cleanly and leave the home right
- Treat every family with patience and discretion
You may be a fit if

- You are dependable and happy doing hands-on physical work

Compensation
Independent-contractor, performance-based opportunity — not salary or hourly employment. Compensation and responsibilities are set in a written agreement.
