Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions · Longwood, FL · Central Florida
Estate Transition Specialist
Help families through a difficult transition by preparing and running estate sales. No real estate license required.
Families invite us into homes at a difficult moment. Your first responsibility is to help them move forward with care, good judgment and follow-through. Poshlando provides client engagements and works alongside you as you build relationships in the communities we serve.
Estate-sale setup is skilled work. You turn a lived-in home into a well-organized temporary retail environment — and stay with the work through sale day and closeout. No real estate license is needed for this contents-side role.
What you'll do
- Help families understand the next steps for the contents of their home, with patience and discretion
- Turn a lived-in home into a temporary retail environment: group and merchandise items, plan room flow, sightlines and accessibility, and make the presentation inviting
- Research and price unfamiliar items; make pricing visible and clear to shoppers
- Run sale-day operations with checkout and security awareness
- Coordinate pickup and closeout; follow through until the home is left right
- Meet neighbors, buyers and local professionals while serving a sale; build relationships and follow up thoughtfully in the communities where Poshlando helps families
You may be a fit if
- You stay calm and organized when a home is full and a family needs answers
- You take ownership, use good judgment and finish what you start
- You are resourceful, hands-on and know when to ask for help
- You enjoy helping people, building relationships and working with shoppers
- You notice presentation, accessibility and the small details that make a sale work
What the team provides
- Poshlando continues to bring client engagements as you develop, alongside shared community relationship-building
- Marketing and a buyer audience for our sales
- Tools for pricing, checkout and inventory
- An experienced team to work with and ask for help
