• Downsize and cleanout projects tied to a listing date

For Fields of Hope and other community projects, we're looking for physical spaces that a neighborhood could use.

• Vacant lots, small yards, or side properties in Central Florida
• Unused warehouse corners, storefronts, or event-ready buildings
• Family-owned land not currently in use
• Church, HOA, or community-center partnerships
• Pop-up-friendly spaces for weekend events
