    Estate sales in Seminole County

Longwood is where we ran The Alexander Estate over two weekends in August 2026. It's also where Poshlando Realty's brokerage office is, which matters for families who want to talk about the house as well as the contents.

    The Alexander Estate

    Appointment-only estate sale

    The Alexander Estate

    Longwood · August 21–23 and 28–30, 2026

Two sale weekends, with shopping by appointment, for a large household of fine art, collections and furnishings.

    Larger households, longer sales

Some estates need more than one weekend. The Alexander Estate ran August 21–23 and again August 28–30, with shopping by appointment, for a household of fine art, a Lladró collection, silver and a library.

Most homes don't need that. But if yours is large or holds serious collections, the schedule should follow the contents, not the other way around.

    The brokerage office in Longwood

Poshlando Realty, the licensed brokerage, has its office in Longwood. It isn't an estate-sale storefront. If you're selling the house too, the brokerage works with you under its own agreement; the estate sale doesn't commit you to it.

    The house, too

Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions handles the belongings. If the home is being sold, licensed real-estate work goes through Poshlando Realty, the separate brokerage, under its own agreement.
