Estate sales in Kissimmee
Most families who call us about a Kissimmee home are deciding the same few things: what the family keeps, what is worth selling, how it should be sold, and what happens to everything left once the sale is over.
Call before anything is donated, hauled away or divided up. We look at the house as it is and tell you which paths fit: an estate sale, an online auction or specialist buyer, donation, a cleanout, or a mix.

What we can handle
- The household estate sale: setup, pricing and the sale itself.
- Collections: online auction, individual listings or specialist buyers when they fit better.
- What's left: donation and cleanout planned before the sale.
- The house: licensed real-estate work only through Poshlando Realty, under a separate agreement.
Before you clear anything
- Set aside papers, photos and what the family is keeping.
- Leave furniture, drawers and closets as they are.
- Don't donate collections before someone has looked at them.
- Note the date the house needs to be empty.
Questions about Kissimmee
Yes. A Kissimmee estate sale built around a collector's household. (October 2025).
No. Take out family papers, photos and anything you're keeping, and leave the rest where it is. Things that look ordinary are often the ones buyers want.
We'll say so. Depending on what's in the home, an online auction, individual listings, a collection sale, donation or a cleanout may make more sense.
We talk about that before the sale, not after. Options include donation, selling remaining lots to resellers, or a cleanout. Whatever we agree goes in writing.
Belongings are handled by Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions. Licensed real-estate work, such as selling the house as-is or listing it, is handled only by Poshlando Realty under its own agreement.
