    We sort and stage the sale items, research pieces that need a closer look, and handle pricing, photographs and promotion.

    We run the sale and coordinate pickups. If the property has access requirements, we discuss them with you before choosing a format.

    Some items may suit auction or individual listings. Donation and cleanout can also be arranged, with the scope agreed before work begins.
