Poshlando Realty · Real estate professionals

Practice real estate with Poshlando Realty.

Poshlando Realty is the licensed Florida real estate brokerage in the Poshlando family. Agents join it to list, sell, lease, and manage property. Estate-sale operations are a separate team and are not part of this role.

    Why this brokerage

A brokerage attached to the moment people actually decide about a home.

Families arrive at the property decision, not after it

Poshlando's estate team meets families while the home question is still open — an inheritance, a downsize, a move. When a family wants licensed help with the property, that conversation is handed to Poshlando Realty under its own agreements.

Buyers already walking through the house

An estate sale puts local people through a property over a weekend, and some of them ask about the house. That interest is brought back to the family — and to the brokerage side when representation is wanted.

    Clear boundaries

Poshlando Realty is a separate brokerage entity. Agents practice real estate under Realty's agreements. Nobody on the Realty side is expected to price a garage, staff a sale, or run a cleanout — that is the estate team's work.

    Standalone clients are normal

Plenty of Realty work has no estate sale attached. Homeowners list, buyers buy, and owners hold or manage property through Poshlando Realty on its own.

    Where the work sits

Five strategy paths. Agents work where they are strongest.

    1. 01

      Poshlando Residential

Everyday listings and purchases, plus inherited, downsizing, and transition homes — sold conventionally, with the contents timeline coordinated alongside the listing when a family needs both.

    2. 02

      Poshlando Premier

Distinctive, architecturally interesting, and presentation-intensive properties that need a considered marketing approach — a question of the property, not only the price.

    3. 03

      Poshlando Opportunities

Off-market, value-add, dated or deferred-maintenance, inherited and vacant properties, and unconventional situations — for sellers who need a different route and for buyers and investors looking for one.

    4. 04

      Poshlando Property Management

For families who conclude that keeping the property is the better strategy, and need it managed rather than sold.

    5. 05

      Poshlando Commercial

Business and estate transitions involving commercial or investment property.

    Who tends to fit

    Licensed, or nearly there.

    • Florida-licensed sales associates and broker associates
    • Agents licensed elsewhere who are considering Florida
    • People finishing Florida licensing who want a home for it
    • Property-management and commercial practitioners

Compensation, onboarding, and expectations are discussed directly, not published here. If you want the specifics, ask — we would rather have the conversation than post a brochure.

    Introduce yourself to Poshlando Realty.

Tell us where you practice, what kind of real estate work you want to do, and where you are with licensing. Estate-sale operations are not part of this path.

No resume upload — if a resume would help, we will request it after the first conversation. We use your details only to respond to this inquiry. We never sell your information.

Poshlando Realty and Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions are separate services within the Poshlando ecosystem. Real estate brokerage services are provided only by Poshlando Realty, under separate real-estate agreements. Estate-sale, auction, and contents work is provided by Poshlando Estate Sales & Auctions, which is not a real estate brokerage.

Joining Poshlando Realty does not involve operating estate sales. Agent arrangements are individual and discussed directly.
